Of course. If you aren't using condoms---you can catch ANYTHING. The whole pulling out before the guy **** is a myth. That doesn't protect you from anything--disease or pregnancy. You HAVE to get him to wear a condom. If he refuses...then you don't want to be with him anyway. No matter how much you think you like him and how much he says he likes you---if he won't wear a condom---he doesn't care about you at all.

Of course. As others have pointed out, precum has bacteria and viruses if your partner is carrying it. But even without precum, your partner could have warts, herpes, or even crabs. You don't really even need to have penetration to get any of those...just genital to genital contact like rubbing. Be careful!

If you put it in uncovered, grind, pump or anything else and get fluid on it you can get something. Or should I say he can get something from her. If he cums she can get it from him unless there are open sores or dripping.
