Well therotically it is not possible but when practically done on an anlyser it turned out to be so, may be any interference of any drug on the pateint

CK MB is a 'fraction' of total CK so it is not possible for CK MB to be greater than total CK. If an analyzer said that the total CK was higher the analyzer made a mistake. There are no drugs nor any health circumstance when the CK MB could be higher.

no it isn't possible- total ck is a combination of all subfractions of ck

ck-mb is one of those subfractions
