Always granola bars. Carrot sticks its true or celery sticks. Salads are good, with a very lite dressing and very little. Actually just sprinking it with lemon. And if all else fails, go for a quick boost of energy with a 3 Musketeers bar. Also try vitamins such as B-12.

you are going to be chuffed once you're working in direction of your purpose because of the fact with the intention to be chuffed until you have have been given there, you could artwork at it. that is purely like a soccer or basketball interest. In soccer purely because of the fact the different group scored a landing, that doesn't mean that the interest is over. the same is going for basketball, purely because of the fact different group scored an elementary 2 factors, the interest isn't over until that is over. the same is going on your goals. tell your self which you at the instant are not a quitter. Winners on no account end. Quitters on no account win. the same is going on your goals. as quickly as you accomplish your goals interior the top, then you incredibly may well be very pleased with your self and extremely pleased because of the fact which you ultimately finished working in direction of your goals. i'm hoping this helped you. good success on reaching your goals.

Try making a big batch of granola to snack on either with milk or dry.
Mix together 3 parts rolled oats with 1 part nuts ( sliced raw almonds, pecans, pepitos, sunflower seeds) and 1 part dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, mangoes, apricots, apples, raw shredded coconut) mix in a bowl with a little bit of melted butter and honey, enough so that it starts to stick together a little. Then bake on a cookie sheet in low oven until slightly toasted. keeps Sealed in an air tight jar for 2-3 weeks.

You should eat green leafy vegetables... like collard greens, kale, turnip greens, not the frozen or canned stuff either. You gotta eat the real thing... you can boil them and add a lot of seasoning like Ms. Dash and adobo stuff like that.. you should also eat more fruit for during the day... like apples, peaches, and oranges... kiwi is good for energy too.

*NOT* chocolate, because whilst it will give you a burst of sugar, after time, it will eventually leave you feeling drained.
Apricots are a good energy food since they contain high levels of iron. Nuts are also good.
