Heart attacks hits people of all ages, even teenagers. The pain might be due to the heart not getting enough oxygen due to narrow or block arteries. So play it safe and check with your medical doctor to rule this out.

I will 99% guarantee you that it's not a heart attack. You are probably developing asthma if this has lasted for a long time. And, yes, it is possible to develop asthma - I did. It's not too big of a deal either. But you probably want to tell someone.

May be its a silly gas or rheumatic problem or may be its serious. Anyway the chest i think is not a body part which you should take lightly for an ache. Get it checked up. Why live in constant fear? anyway i wish its a silly problem.

You really need to see your doctor. There are tests they can do to figure out if it is your heart or muscular in nature. A "Stress Test" may be the first test to rule out your heart. It will make your heart work as in exercise, but you will be being monitored. Please see your primary doctor. It could be nothing or it could be something else.

you may want to see your doctor. I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be a heart murmer. It may, or may not be something serious. Go and get checked out. Your health is nothing to mess around with.

How long has this been going on? It could be possible that you have fluid in your lung (pnemonia). You may want to see a doctor. It is possible to have for months and not even know it until you get really sick.
