In small quantities no harm, but if the Inderal is for hypertension, I would recommend another type of drug such as a calcium channel blocker with fewer side effects.

I have been on beta blockers including Inderal and Bisoprolol since I was in my early 20's. I dont drink very often, but have been known to go crazy once a year or so. I actually went crazy on Sunday and had several margarita's at the local drinking establishment. I have never had any problems drinking while taking the beta blockers. I dont advise it, but I have done it.

I most definitly would not
I take Toprol XL when my heart acts funny and it lowers your blood pressure and such.
alcohol is just gonna mess up whatever your trying to have the beta blockers do.
your blood pressure could drop to a very unsafe level.

i wouldn't...because alcohol is a dehydrator and inderal long acting is a blood pressure reducer (as well as a heart rate reducer)...so if you lose volume from drinking and then take your med, you could have hypotensive falls and injure yourself...
