spinach dip... everyone loves spinach dip!
not very healthy, but yummy!

I made a organic chili that was really good, everyone loved it, and it was gone!! Served it with some french bread pieces.

What about the water chestnuts wrapped in bacon.... yeah, not very healthy either... stick with the chili. Use turkey instead of beef so more people will try it. Or just leave out the meat and use the smart ground tofu.

Have fun!!!

I bet nobody will think of bringing beans, here's a great recipe: Sweet Bourbon Baked Beans (10-13 1/3 servings ) 7/8 lb bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 2/3 onions, chopped 5 (16 ounce) cans baked beans 1 2/3 (15 ounce) kidney beans, drained 3 1/3 tablespoons dark molasses 3 1/3 tablespoons dark brown sugar 5/8 cup bourbon 7/8 cup chili sauce 1 2/3 teaspoons dry mustard 1 2/3 teaspoons cinnamon Preheat oven to 350º. Cook bacon until crisp, drain and set aside, saving bacon drippings. Saute onions in bacon drippings. In a bowl, mix the beans together with the onions, mustard, molasses, sugar, bourbon, chili sauce and cinnamon. Add the bacon bits and fold in gently. Pour into a 2 quart bean pot or casserole. Bake covered for 40 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. Bring this to the party, arrive a few mins early and put this in the oven or cook at home and transfer in something that will keep them warm. Have a great time....

Ingredients:
3 cups Bowtie Noodles
1 cup of Pesto
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of White Wine Vinegar
15 cherry tomatoes
1 can of Pitted Ripe Black Olives

Preparation:
Cut tomatoes and Cherries in half
1. Mix vinegar, pesto, tomatoes, olives, in a bowl
2. Boil water and cook noodles
3. Drain noodles and toss with olive oil
4. Empty noodles into bowl and toss all ingredients together

*Add chicken or shrimp to make it a complete meal*

This is quick and easy, it's healthy yet tasty. My coworkers all loved this dish and those that were on diets thanked me because they didn't feel like they had to break their diet. Good luck

QUICHE!
It's something that few people will expect and yet it's so good and simple to make. I found a great simple recipe with bisquick. Sounds strange, but it comes out tasting and having the texture off an egg & cheese McMuffin. The best part is that the recipe says to put the cheese on the bottom, but somehow during baking, it ends up in the middle like a sandwich. You can eat this quiche with your hands, not a fork! I suggest adding a little salt and pepper to this recipe to taste.

Maybe a meat, cheese and cracker tray, or a veggie dipper tray with a ranch dip. It's so hard to try and come up with a dish that you can please the most people with...let alone a healthy one at that. I know what you're doing through. Good Luck : )

Cut flour tortillas into strips and spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle on a variety of seasonings and bake at 350 until crisp and brown. You can use season salt, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper, really anything you like.

Make homemade salsa for dip.

8 slices of bacon, cut into halves

Bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through.

Maybe spinach dip??? I think most people always like that. It's probably impossible to make everyone happy. . .But if you put out a big bowl of dip, and some chips or some sort (try to be creative and get some fun chips) I think people tend to like that.
