your state public health service. also try the nih( national institute of health) website through firstgov.com, there are statistical abstracts publically available on every known disease, numbers of cases, density profiles, rates of infection as a percentage of population, and demographic distribution information, other health agencies are also listed who also keep absracts in their own areas of pervue. it's remarkable what's out there that we never hear about. the information can be a real eye opener
