You could make salsas with it either for chips or like a marinade or soup, You could cut them up along with tomatos and onions and add em to your eggs, a easy recipe is cook cut up steak, when its halfway done add diced jalapenos onions and tomatos, and you could eat it with tortillas and sour cream, very easy and tasty!! Look around on allrecipes.com and find some salsa ideas. Good Luck!!

Carefully, and preferably cooked.

My favorite is those jalapeno poppers, and they're easy to make at home. The broiling takes some of the bite out of them.

i have problem with the seeds being hot in my stomach and on the way out too. It burns! Fresh jalepinos I allways slice it (wearing a food handling plastic dis-posable glove...if you rub your eye, it will burn like you can not believe!) and scrape out the seeds. I usually use those hot peppers for adding flavor to something like chile, spaghetti, hamburber pattys made from scratch. If you want really hot ones try Guatimalian, or Thailand peppers. One pepper can make a 50 pound bowl of chile really hot. I knew someone who went to the emergency room of a hospital, because he literally burned his stomach lining with Thai peppers. Be careful with them. I think the seeds are the hottest part.

If you eat a whole fresh one just treat it like it has a radioactive core and eat around the seeds. You'll get plenty of hot but not out your rear later. And if you aren't use to hot foods and need somethin to wash it down, use milk not water. Milk has ***some scientific word*** that counter the ****another scientific word*** whereas water just pisses em off.

first, open mouth, second, insert jalapeno pepper, third, bite down, fourth, run for the nearest water jug. they are hotter than hot. and finally, remember not to try it again without a fire extinguisher close by!

I don't think there is any way not too.

I normally eat them stuffed (with cheese), or chopped up in soups, pastas, marinades... all sorts of stuff.

Then again. You can also eat them raw and fresh, or pickled in a can!

Scrape the seeds out first unless you want more bite to your bite ,and a stalk of celery after each bite .
