Think about it, people that live on islands surrounded by water almost always eat fish...because they are there!. So to answer your question, the Asians who live surrounded by water (Japanese, Vietnamese, Cambodians) eat a lot of fish, but the ones who don't (inland Chinese, inland Koreans, Tanu Tuvans, Mongolians, etc.) don't!

No way, only the Japanese do since they live on an island surrounded by waters. I'm Asian and I absolutely hate fish. Lots of Asian just have simple fare at their tables. A meat dish, a vegetable dish and an egg dish, along with our staples, rice or noodles will suffice as a fine meal!

Not Asians, no.

The Japanese are famous for eating lots of fish, but that's because it's a series of islands with lots of coastline and plenty of rivers! Asia has only a limited coastline, so Asian people only eat a lot of fish if they live near the sea or near a river. People normally enjoy eating the foods they had when they were young - nostalgia - and so if they grew up eating fish several times a week they would probably 'love' to eat a lot when they're adults!

But with ALL things there's room for individual choice. And not ALL people who grew up eating lots of fish will 'love' to eat fish as adults..!

Yes they do. Fish is high in protein, the varieties in the ocean are abundant and fairly cheap. In Southeast Asia, fish are often raised in harmony with the rice paddies, they keep them in the form of "pest control" to eat bugs & other life forms and then use them for food later.
