Sounds like a genital wart. You should be checked by a doctor to be sure of what it is.

Best Wishes,

They sound like they're effecting your lymph process which can be within the places you special that the lumps are in too. You are disturbing an excessive amount of approximately melanoma. Everyone feels a lump and so they count on CANCER. Don't fear. I had a 6.7 pound tumor pulled out of my stomach and it wasn't cancerous. I can now not have kids, ( I have two besides) however I'm ok! The first and most effective manner you're gonna uncover out something is to GO TO THE DOCTOR. I have a tumor in my mind. I do not know but if it is cancerous, however a minimum of I went and I understand what it's and what's inflicting my issues. You ought to give up disturbing and pass uncover out. It could also be not anything to fear approximately and I wager I'm proper. You traditionally simply have a challenge with a few lymph nodes or some thing even much less worrysome. So pass see a healthcare professional and uncover out and give up disturbing for me ok? You'll sleep higher!

These little spots have probably been there for quite a while, and you have only just noticed them. If they are not itchy, and are constant, and are small smooth rounded swellings just under the skin, then these are probably retention cysts or sebaceous cysts. They are not due to any disease process. You must not be embarrassed as they are quite common and do not do any harm.

Getting rid of them is not easy, as they will not go with just putting on a cream. They sometimes disappear on their own, but if they are persistent or get troublesome, then they need to be removed under a local anaesthetic.

I would encourage you at the moment to try and forget about them if you can, and just wait and see what happens. If they bother you or change in any way, or you want something done about them, then you will need to go and see your doctor

If it is a bump UNDER the skin, I would not think it was a wart. Since you said it comes and goes, I would guess that it is a cyst. It is probably NOT cancer since you said it goes. Cancer seems to only grow.
Personally, I don't like little unknown bumps, I think I would talk to a Dr. about it.

If you experience no pain or irritation from the bump, it is most likely a small, harmless cyst.

Probably a cyst. I've had them about that size down there.
I don't know if I'd reccomend it, but you can 'pop' them yourself, though minor surgery with local anesthetic would probably be safer and less painful.
