Taco Bell -- ask for it Fresco style, which means no cheese and added salsa similar to pico de gallo. They will substitute beans for any meat so that means you are not limited to only bean burritos. Just check your order before you leave because some locations are better than others about understanding the concept of vegan.

Burger King -- they have a veggie burger. Ask for it without cheese or mayo and tell them to microwave it. If you don't, they will throw it on the same grill where they cook meat.

Subway, Blimpies, other sandwich shops -- they can all make subs without meat or cheese

THE VEGGIE BURGER AT BURGER KING ISN'T VEGAN!!

lol, Sorry ... didn't mean to yell with the caps, but I just wanted to get the point out! It definitely has egg whites in it. However, their FRIES are vegan. The fries at McDonald's definitely aren't, though, they have beef in them. The two links below are ingredients for everything at McDonald's and Burger King.

I'd suggest staying away from fast food entirely. Restaurants, however? A little easier. :) You can usually ask for something vegan. Look for a great veggie wrap, then get it without the cheese. A garden salad is always great. If you see something vegetarian you like, ask the server if they can make it without dairy. You should ALWAYS tell the server you're vegan, because some places do stupid stuff like put butter on the buns, even for veggie burgers. Work with the server to get something that suits you, and if they help you out a lot, leave a nice tip, lol.

Hope that helped!

Since so much of the ones use eggs and cheese in lots of in their choice foods, they would not be k for a vegan nutrition. Some speedy meals eating places (comparable to Harvey's) bring veggie burgers now. I feel Kelseys does too. East part Mario's has an alternative of constructing your possess pasta dish - this means that that you just inform them what kind of noodles, what kind of sauce, and what to position in it. Subway sould deliver you vegetables on a bun with a vinegrette sauce.

taco bell has a few vegan friendly items. burger king now carries a vegie burger (yay!)
but if you want a nice reastruant then i'm sure if you ask your waiter/waitress or even the cheif him/her self they would be more then happy to bring you somthing vegan friendly if they don't exactly has 100% cruelty free foods. some cheifs are actually pretty creative.

All fast food restaurant items are suitable for vegetarians since the meat content is different from the ones in the supermarket. Fast food restaurants are Zodian temples (shrines), thus you will be rest assured that your needs will not be compromised. As for the restaurant, let me remind you that no one is perfect, meaning we have our weakensses, hence relax and enjoy the dinner, meat or no meat. Being consistient with your diet means being flexible, and since restuarant food items are prepared by professionals, the quality of the meat should not bother you, for you are to be a vegetarian at home, not in public.

Chili's offers a black bean patty as a substitute for all of their different hamburger choices. They are really good, I always order the black bean patty and I am not even a vegetarian.

Fast Food & Restaurant just aren't synonomous.

If you want fast food, I would suggest Wendy's as they have a good salad bar.

i love the black bean hamburger (meatless) at chilis. the buns arent vegan, so you can ask them to serve it bun-less.
