You apparently contracted genital warts while there. Didn't keep you pants zipped up, did ya?
Help will come from a physician. There are medications that can be applied..... but one doctor told me that the medications can be worse than the disease sometimes. We were talking about treating the juveniles where I worked. They couldn't keep their pants on either.
There is no cure. Only treatment. You should not have sex with anyone unless you tell them you have it. They have a right to know.
For a female you pass it to.... it can cause cervical cancer and other things, up to and including a death sentence from cancer.
Again.... not curable.
Best Wishes,
Sue

You're gonna have to get them burned off. Seriously. They use a chemical then a cream to remove them but they can always return at any time. There is not cure for genital warts but at least you can get rid of them from being unsightly. You can go to your primary doctor and get referred to a Urologist. The treatment is not easy but women have to go through the same thing. If you don't get them removed it will just get worse, and worse and worse... and yes, worse. So it's best to get them taken care of while you are just breaking out.
You will need to use protection...CONDOMS with any partner you have or they will also get them too. Even though warts can be passed through skin on skin contact you will need to notify your partner you have warts! Sorry but this is courtesy. Sorry those in Thailand didn't tell you.
Go to the doctor they will be able to treat them, but there is NO CURE.

Ok, so you have genital warts. It is sexually transmitted. It can;t be cured, but you can treat it.
1 - electrocautery - which is burning the warts. It is painful and results in scarring
2 - cryosurgery - freezing - sames as above
3 - prescription medication (poisons like phyllotoxins) or acids - in many cases the warts grow back
4 - natural treatments (one which does work apparently quite well is at http://www.naturallyguaranteed.com/genitalwarts.html.)
You need to boost your immune system as well, so eat lots of green leafy veg, onion, garlic. cut out smoking and cut back on booze - get an immune booster if you can as well (like immunochoice), and green tea.
DON'T have sex. You will spread it. it is highly contagious, and in women it can cause cervical cancer.

Unfortunately, you're infected with HPV, a virus that causes warts, and it will be with you for the rest of your life. Fortunately, the warts are treatable. You should go see your family doctor and get treated for the warts. Do not have sex with anyone in the meantime, because you are contagious and will spread the virus to any sex partners you have. If you've had sex with anyone since you've returned from Thailand, you need to tell them that you're infected and they need to be tested as well. HPV can cause cervical cancer in women, so any partners you've had need to know this.
After the warts are gone, you can still have sex, but you need to use a condom, and you need to tell your partner that you're infected with HPV, because a condom does not prevent transmission of HPV.
Good luck to you.

Get to the doctor and have them burned off. Those kind of warts can grow big...and grossly enough, sometimes long. Good job...sex with random strangers in a foreign country worked out well for you, huh?
Oh, and I work in family planning, so reading the answres...holy crap. You have genital warts...not herpes. And the only thing you get from a toilet seat is pee on your butt or a cold a**.

Could be genital warts after toilet seat contact. Or it could be a parasitic invasion. Either way, a trip to the nearest doctor would be in order. Many community health centers can help in this.

Just go to a doctor. I worked in a doc's office for years, they see this stuff all the time. The sooner you get it looked at the sooner they can prescribe something. Although you are looking at a lifelong problem now.
