Well you should be very careful, a strong fishy smell means that there is something wrong going on in or around the vagina, you should that person to get checked out and you should avoid licking it touching or having sex with it, because there could be a great chance that this person has some kind of std or vaginal infection.

if a fishy smell is present then it is a strong indicator that you have bacterial vaginosis, this is a common infection for women, they say nuns can get it so it means that it is not a std so dont worry, its treated with flagyl prescribed by your doctor, however, you will need to treat your sex partner as well if you dont use a condom, Lori b.

If it smells like old rotty fish terrible then she isnt clean. . .but it does I think have some kind of smell and if it smells perfectly clean she doushs which means she has alot of partners RUN!!!!!
