I was always a picky eater and so when my family made chilaquiles I didn't want any chile or cheese or anything... so my mama would tear up corn tortilla, fry them will stlightly crisp and then scramble an egg in them... It may sound weird to some but I swear it's the best ever!
I also have a weird thing where I make all my food into a sandwich... so for american I split a bicuit and shove bacon, eggs and potatoes inside... yum :-)

American: bacon/sausage, eggs, buttered toasts, freshly squeezed juice,
Italian: Frittata with tomato,mushroom, fresh herbs and cheese.

My favorites would be....
Mexican- Nachos, or a breakfast burrito w/out meat
American- Pancakes, waffles, or french toast with eggs and fried potatoes
Italian- Cold pizza is always a good choice!

american are better for breakfast, eggs, bacon, buttermilk panckaes w/ syrup, grits and hot cup of coffee. anytime i travel abroad i eat the custom dishes but breakfast i need american breakfast

One bolillo, split, covered with refritos. Top with pico de gallo and crumbled Queso Fresca. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is soft and melted.
AMERICAN
Biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs. Half a grapefruit with brown sugar, broiled until sugar is carmelized and fruit is warmed.
