Believe it or not, the "raw" feeling really could be a secondary symptom. In all the years that I treated patients in the Navy for STD's, I've usually found that the drainage that is emitted usually is somewhat acidic and affects the skin. Seek professional help and have the Dr do a culture (swab) of the penis. Oh, and word of advice, stay away from the "sushi."

You should consult a doctor right away, you never know what you could have contracted. Some STD's have stages that a person goes through, so you should always get yourself checked when something doesn't seem right.
