my HDL levels are too high..is that ok..its above normal..

What is your HDL, mine is hight too, in the nineties, that is good though, it is the ratio that counts. In countries like Greece and France people have high collesterol but are very healthy, collesterol is not so bad, it is the shape your arteries is in that causes it to clog. Drinking water with chlorine in it can damage the arteries, eating good oils like olive oil or flaxseed oit does not. My overall cholesterol is too high according to doctors in America, but I don't care cause the ratio is good. I am 5,7 and 119 pounds and am very healthy so don't worry, but I am curious to know your cholesterol count.

HDL that is above normal is excellent, or so I understand, especially if the other readings are normal. But since something is out of normal, it would be best to discuss it with your doctor.
