I don't really know this girl, but she seemed kind of innocent. Only later did I find out she'd been with "a German" in whatever capacity. Egads. Now my testicles hurt, but mainly it seems to be the crotch area behind them. It also kind of feels strange to pee. A litle painful? Does this sound like an STD? Can a doctor find out with a simple urine test or does he have to put a jigger in my ying yang? Much thanks.

This is the strange thing, in answer to your request for details. It feels raw or itchy in the groin area, not specifically the genitals, but a little there too. Yet, when I looked there, it is not flakey or red, even though it ought to be ashamed of itself. Does that help you?

We just had sex one time, but it was unprotected of course. She seemed so innocent! Yet in the course of it, I realized that she seemed to good at it for it to be her first time! OOoops!

Now it all falls into line, from your previously asked questions.
Hmm who has been a silly boy NO PROTECTION what in the **HELL** were you thinking.?
Seems all the warnings about ST D's AIDS etc are falling on deaf ears to randy young ones who think they are invincible to everything ...WRONG you will get caught, like you have so be hopes that it is a bacterial infection and not viral...
.LEARN from this always wear protection....NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY you are not only sleeping with them but all previous partners and vica versa.......THINK ABOUT IT..♥

Um, how many times did you have sex with her? You could just be sore.
I don't know this, though. When in doubt, go to the doctor. Are you oozing any yellowish-green stuff out of your member?
When you go for an STD test, your doc will put a jigger in your Ying Yang. It's better that way.
**EDIT**
It could be a UTI, or she could have had a yeast infection. If you're not oozing anything, those two things could be the culprit. My advice, though, shouldn't take the place of your doctor's. I can't culture any bacteria that you may have down there, whereas your doctor can.

She isn't over reaction and you are being an insensitive clod if you doubt her when she says it hurts. First of all, you said "I nailed her pretty hard..." Now it doesn't really matter where you kick hard, does it? Nailing someone hard pretty much hurts regardless of where it happens to be. You should have known that it would hurt. Second of all, yes it does hurt. There's sensititve parts there. You do know that the clitoris has many times more nerve endings than a penis, right? Imaging that part of you being kicked against a bone so hard that it is swollen from being traumatized and then multiply it a few times. That's what her pain is like. What should you do? Apologize. Tell her that you are an insensitive clod and you feel really bad about it. That you didn't mean to cause her pain. Be sincere about it. She'll know if you aren't.

Could be an STD, but also sounds like it could be a urinary tract infection. Either way, it's something that you'll need to get checked out. Could even just be an infection that can easily be gotten rid of with a course of antibiotics.

You need to get to a doctor now. He will give you a blood test. Just for your sake I hope all you got is Gonorrhea and not Aids. At least the G. Can be cured with antibiotics.
Bet you wish you left it in your pants.

I am a syphilis expert. This is not a case of syphilis but you may want to get a blood test because the antigens will show positive on blood tests. This is the only way to be sure. So don't worry! And go ahead with the check.

A simple urine test and some times a blood test usually confirm the diagnosis, but she gave you something and the longer you wait the worse it going to get. Usually its just a simple antibiotic and your good. unless she gave you something viral then your stuck with it for life mate. like freaking baggage from a one night lay. Those German girls like to get around and don't like condoms.

This is what happens when you have sex with someone you barely know, how would you know what kind of diseases she may have had and passed to you. AIDS is at an almost high-why would you risk your life. Being Japanese has nothing to do with the situation at all, they get the same diseases that the rest of the world gets.

Sounds like a possible gonorrhea or chlamydia infection. I would go see your doctor or visit you local health department.
The test involves both a urine sample and swab from inside the tip of your penis.

Yes, that's more than likely an STD. A urine test will probably tell what kind, although not necessarily.
