Diabetes is usually treated through a combination of diet (low sugar), exercise and medications/insulin. Read here https://tr.im/YYO5F
Milder cases can be controlled with just diet an/or exercise while more severe cases require meds or insulin as well.

Dude, it's definately not semen. Probably reflected the diet you had prior to your testing. And it's nothing to worry about as long as it clears up and doesn't show up often. Why not take it again? i knew i had positive results when i was on high protein diet.

are u pregnant? If so, then protein in your urine is something to worry about.

it depends.

proteinuria may be due to urinary tract infections, nephrotic syndrome, neprhritic syndromes. for guys, if u masturbate the protein may be due to the sperm.

if you're otherwise healthy with no other symptoms, its nothing to worry about.
