You can avoid HIV by not "doing sex" with any prostitutes.

Stop having sex with prositutes and you won't have to worry. You really should of thought about HIV before you hired a prositute. The only other way is to always use a condom, even that isn't 100 percent.

For one, find a girl who's not sharing her goodies with a bunch of guys. Sooner or later, she will catch something.
If you insist on sleeping with her, though, use a condom every time, and insist that she gets tested so that you know that she doesn't have HIV, Hep C, or Syphillis (or anything else, for that matter)..
I would seriously find a girl, though, who sleeps with you and ONLY you, though.

Condom or not it only takes contact with bodily fluids and you are at risk, sounds like you have a DEATH WISH going on...

dude sleeping with a hooker can never result to anything good but make them wear condoms as well ... alot of stds are transfered from skin to skin contact so a condom doesnt always help but if you both have one... the make em for girls too... then u should be safer, maybe you should try to find a permanent partner
