The seminal Vesicles and male reproductive system use blood but don't have any blood in it. If blood is getting into the Semen then that would signify a tear in the system. The best thing to do would be to try and locate the tear. It may be external in which case some anti-bacterial cream would be necessary or it may be internal which would mean that you would probably have to see a doctor. If it was just i drop it was most probably external. A tiny tear near the glands that was bleeding and some of the blood got caught up in the ejaculation. If it was a tear there would be much more blood than what you have reported. If it gets worse you should definetly check it out though.

You've ben beating the meat too much. In other words, you've been masturbating too much. I've been there and done that when i was a teenager. There was this certain magazine I used to get that had females with the real big butts. I used to get so turned on, when I was a teenager, I used to masturbate a lot to them. Well, one day when my mother was gone to work I was putting in some overtime if you know what I mean. Hahaha. Well, the body couldn't produce enough sperm for my ejaculation so guess what came up? You guessed it! Semen the liquid of sperm is nothing but blood anyway believe it or not it's just white because of the sperm. No sperm, no white, still an ejaculation though, which is blood. 10 points please for best answer. Thank you.

Oh my goodness, please stop freaking out. Most adults in this world will have something questionable going on "down there" that needs to be checked out by a trained pro, for example, your physician. Its probably nothing, maybe just a broken blood vessel. Sometimes when one is hit in the balls a bit too hard, some blood will come out the penis. But to be on the safe side, make an appt, and put your mind at ease. No biggie. You are not dying, you are most likely fine, and you will get through this.

Blood in ejaculated semen (hemospermia) is relatively uncommon and rarely serious. In most cases, the cause can't be determined, and the problem goes away without treatment. However, known causes of blood in semen include inflammation, infection and blockage or injury to the prostate gland or seminal vesicles. Also, following a prostate biopsy, it is common to have blood-tinged semen for four or five subsequent ejaculations.
