I like a lot of different Indian dishes, especially aloo gobi (potatoes and cauliflower), palak paneer (pureed spinach with cheese), several different dals (legume-based dishes), samosas, pakoras, and pappadum.
I also love South Indian food, which is a lot spicier. There is nothing better than a dosa, which is a kind of giant crepe filled with a spicy potato mixture.
Gujarati style food is also delicious, with a much different flavor than the Northern Indian style cuisine that most lovers of Indian food are familiar with.

Yes, particularly as I (try to) keep a vegetarian diet and both South and North Indian food are tasty without meat. As I like spicy food, I'm generally more partial to South, but good tandoori cooking is delicious as well.

There's a place in Amherst MA (USA) that made the best palak paneer. I'm in Indiana now and I miss it. Simple, but deliciously tasty, with vegetables on the side and the honey pastries (forget the name of them, as it's 1 AM) for dessert.

Gah, now I'm starving.

As an indian i don't know if it is fair for me to answer this question, yes i do,all of it in fact, but i think nothing beats a good biryani, mutton or chicken, this is a rice dish with one of the meats, cooked together in a sealed vessel, till done & flavours have blended. The escaping steam with the aroma of spices & fragrant basmati rice, announces the doneness.

I love Indian food, but I think that restaurants in the US need to give it's patrons more credit and offer different and unique dishes. I know India has a more vast repertoire that needs to be represented.

I like Indian food! Chicken Masala is real good, so is chicken tikka, and tandoori chicken. Lamb Vindaloo is great too! Samosas are my favorite though. I can eat them as appetizers, or a main dish

YUMMY!! YUMM!!! Aloo Gobi!! pretty much everything, I have never been disappointed in any dish that I have ever tried. We have a wonderful restaurant here in Las Vegas called Gandhi. I have always loved how flavorful the dishes are and amazed at how healthy everything is.
