i thot it was the spelled the way i had it in my question, but it is also spelled fettuccine on the internet... does it even matter??

im doing this for an italian recipe for school if that helps any...

It is spelled Fettuccine Alfredo, but as long as it tastes good who cares how you want to spell it. But since it is for school, spelling will count.

It's spelled Fettuccine (2 Cs) Alfredo, although it can also he spelled fettuccini (the first spelling is more common though, so I recommend that one). In the future, if you ever need to spell anything, dictionary.com is a great resource!
