There is very little market for used hearing aids. In the ear hearing aids are molded to the shape of the person who originally purchased them. This shape is unique, and so hearing aids made for one person will physically not fit another. In addition to that, the amplification on most hearing aids is custom matched to the test results. So even if the aids fit, it would be like wearing someone else's glasses.

Now if the aids are behind the ear, they are more useful. These aids can be refitted to another person with brand new ear molds. If they are digital they can probably be reprogrammed to match a different kind of loss. So they are more likely to be salable.

You might contact the company that sold them and see if they will help you sell them. They may be willing to help you, but honestly, it is pretty unlikely they will be all that interested.

I dont know if there is a specific site but EBAY is a good bet. Although older people generally dont use the web maybe somebody who owns a company or son or daughter see it. It gives you the most exposure in trying to sell it. Hope this helps.
