Even after he showers it still smells and it's really grose. What's wrong with him?

He may be a yeast carrier. Do you get yeast infections easily? If you do then there is a good chance that's what it is. If so, go get some monistat and have him rub it on himself.

Could be bacterial or yeast infection.
Is there any discharge?
How about you, got some vaginal discharge?
Yeast infection's discharge usually white to yellowish, smell fishy and very itchy.
Common bacterial infection's discharge usually yellow to green, sometimes fishy too.
Sifilis or Gonorrhoe's discharge usually yellow, smells like pus, and painful.
What ever the diagnosis are, you both must visit the doctor 'cos you are sexual partner.

He does not wash himself after having sex. The combination of sperm on his penis and heat will create the smell. Particularly if he is not circumcise as the sperm stay under the skin. He really needs to wash himself properly to get ride of the smell. Perhaps twice. The smell is more common with men who masturbate and don't wash themselves aftermath.

Is he Circumcised? If not he needs to pull the meat of the penis back and clean around the head. I smell a break-up!

Is he a clean person? Does he shower or bath regularly and still smell? I would make sure he sees a docter to ensure he doesn't have an infection or an sexually transmitted disease.

sorry to say, but he needs to get checked for trik, thats the short version of it, look up std symptoms and you may find out more, probably more than you want

sounds like he has an infection he needs to get it checked out and treated and if you have had contact with him you need to get checked as well.
