It is normal for your blood pressure to be high when you are stressed or in pain. Both at the same time makes your blood pressure even higher. It's nothing to worry about. Just check your blood pressure at the local pharmacy when you are feeling calm. That will give you a more accurate reading.

Both stress and physical pain can raise the blood pressure. Not at all uncommon. However is your pressure raises over small amounts of stress or stays elevated for long periods you should have it checked out. You should probably talk to your Dr. about it and have him check it out.

Stress and pain can cause a temporary blood pressure increase.

You need to get it checked again to make sure it isn't continually elevated. High blood pressure is dangerous to your health and usually simple to control.
