If you mean when your laying on your pillow then nothings wrong thats normal, but if you can hear your heart beating in your ears while your sitting up or standing then it could mean high blood pressure, just get it checked out by your doc, but dont panic cos that only makes it worse by bringing on anxiety, I'm sure ur okay, cheers

It doesn't necessarily mean your BP is high. You most likely just have excessive ear wax build up in your eustacian tubes. Just go to Doctor and you'll be fixed in 10 minutes.
