Ehh I can't really limit myself. When I want to eat light foods, I love Japanese. If I need to be very full I eat Italian. But since I love spicy foods I also love Mexican. I love Chinese also. I still get that dorky feeling after every meal where I get super excited about opening the fortune cookie.

My favorite food exists in memory, 'cause it's the food cooked with love by my Momma. Mmmm!!

Aside from that, it's hard to pick a favorite. I make a mean roasted turkey for Thanksgiving, got the recipe from Wolfgang Puck on tv. It comes out juicy 100% of the time, and it's a beautiful color, like a dark violin. It's marinated overnight in a spiced brine, that's what keeps the juices in.

Let's see... sopes, tamales con champurrado (MMMMM!!!!!!), chicharrones en chile verde, lumpia, pancit, all kinds of sushi rolls, all kinds of sashimi, pork chow men with pork fried rice (pork is some good stuff!), mashed taters, and home made Southern peach cobbler. Mmmmm!!!

Mine is Chinese too. This is my fav recipe, it's very easy to make!

Marinate some chicken wings/drumsticks in chopped garlic and ginger, and soy sauce (add some water otherwise it would be really salty). Then roast with honey. This makes great finger food/starters/picnic food!
