In the past, I was a die hard Pepsi drinker. I have switched to Diet Coke and it's very good. Also try the Crystal Light drinks. With the addition of Splenda, the diet drinks are so much better than before.

food regimen sodas are free of energy, genuine, yet there is analyze exhibiting that the chemical ingredients in food regimen sodas can inhibit weight help efforts. Aspartame isn't stable for you, and Splenda is poisonous! study extra approximately this on the internet website i'm offering below. a extra suitable selection could be to drink water or brew decaffeinated iced tea at homestead. in case you may no longer stand the style of iced tea in the present day-up, you need to upload a small volume of sugar or a flavored syrup. yet sugar is likewise somewhat poisonous to the human physique (a minimum of you would be eating much less, although.) stable success!

Most people will say to drink juice instead, because it is sweet but doesn't have the junk that soda has. However, if you're like me, you probably still want that kick and carbonation that soda has. Try this: club soda mixed with 100% juice. For example, Canada Dry Club Soda has 0 Carbs (sugars). Mix that with 100% juice such as Nestle Juicy Juice, which has "no added sugars, sweeteners, preservatives or artificial flavors", and it tastes very good. If you want it sweeter, try club soda mixed with Gatorade. If you want the caffeine that soda has, drink coffee or cappuccinos. My favorite is red cherry juice mixed with club soda. Mmm-mmm, yummy!

WATER!
If you don't like water plain, try a squeeze of lemon in it or highly diluted juice (about 1/4 oz. per 8 oz. glass of water). Once you get used to it, it tastes great.
As for commercial drinks, Propel is low sugar and low carb.
Good for you for not drinking the diet stuff. Aspartame is so hard on your liver, which is especially important for diabetics to take care of.

Juices have just as much sugar so pretty much water and tea but crystellite is a nice sugar free juice mix. I like the ice tea and lemonade.

Sparkling water. It has no sugar, no cals and it's very yummy! You can get them in flavors too. They have them at Walmart, Dollar General, Family Dollar or Kroger. Some of the stores have them stocked with water, other stores have them stocked with sodas. My mother is diabetic, so she drinks them. I drink them because they are just healthier than sodas, and like I said, they have a great taste.
