Few cuisines in the world are truly international: French, Italian, Chinese are the only 3 cuisines in the world enjoying broad appeal in many developed countries. The rest are less popular and this can be gauged by the number of restaurants of each particular cuisine in major cities. I am discounting fast-food as an ethnic cuisine because they are by-products of a mixed European culture. Yugoslavia cuisine would most likely share cultural similiarities with Christian/Muslim Mediterranean cuisine.

I have no idea whatsoever regarding Yugoslavian cuisine. My only hope is that their food comes out better than their cars.......
