Used too. I've had two painfull surgeries to take care of that problem. I've had my tonsils removed and my jaws broken and moved forward. Of course the surgeries were for the purpose of helping with my sleep apnea. But most snoring is from sleep apnea. So you need to be checked by an ENT doctor and get a referral to a sleeping clinic.

Yes, I'm afraid I do, and rather loudly, no less :-( I've been to a sleep clinic, and don't have apnea; I breathe just fine - I just do it loudly.
