Not from swallowing the semen. AIDS is a blood disease, the virus has to get into your bloodstream so if you had an open cut in your mouth or throat, there could be a chance of it spreading.

First off, you cannot flat out "get" AIDS. You get HIV... which may then lead to AIDS.
Anyhow, you can get HIV from oral sex in this manner. This biggest risk factor would be if you had any open (even microscopic) cuts in your mouth. It's common to have these, and you won't know it. If the ejaculatory fluid were to get into these cuts, there would be a risk of transmission. Therefore is it NOT recommended that you eat or brush your teeth several hours before oral sex.
Were this NOT to be the case, the chance of tranmission would then be very low. Even so, it's recommended that you use some sort of barrier when performing oral sex.... and swallowing is never really neccesary. If you've participated in this activity and are uncertain of your partners status, I'd recomend an HIV test, and an STD screen as soon as possible. This is available at your local health department, or through your primary care doctor.

Yes you may get aid from this you know right to be careful and you playing with your life and need to get tested and the infected person should know its again the law to do this to a person.

No, however you are putting yourself at risk for other std's. if you care about youe body make your partner wear a condom during any type of sex!!!!
