I was on lycira, just be careful and watch any side effects, I actually had worse pain taking it, what has helped me is getting chiropractic adjustments, yes chiropractics can adjust the hands as well as the vertebrae that help with the function of the hands.

hehe I hope your husband is as light-hearted about this as you! Unfortunately the herbal remedies will only help in sexual reproductive health and stimulation, not 'growth'. I can suggest some herbs that may be a good idea for those purposes. It may help if you take something to make you more receptive to any and all sensations, whatever the source. ;) Avena Sativa-Enhance sensitivity in pelvic area. Also a relaxant. Ginkgo Biloba-Increases energy (stamina), increases bloodflow to the pelvic area and the rest of the body and is a mood lifter. (Can also substitute Indian Ginseng which does the same) Schisandra-Also increases bloodflow to the sex organs. Most important thing to do is make sure you aren't taking any meds if you decide to use herbs. There are some that don't work well with others. Also if you have allergies, make sure you know what family the herbs are from! My favorite way to use herbs are tinctures, but you can also grind them and make capsules. As for other remedies, try finding alternate ways in 'connecting' and pleasing one another. :) Ultimately you already realize it is a spiritual union between you and your husband, so once you've 'united' perhaps you can break away and show him different ways of getting to the 'promise land'. lol Good luck and be blessed!

Therer is a new medication called Lyrica which is approved for diabetic neuropathy. It requires a prescription. Ask his doctor about it. From what I hear, it's effective for a lot of people.
Also, make sure he keeps his sugars under tight control. All of the side effects of diabetes are made worse by poor glucose control. I know you want to help him prevent blindness and kidney failure, two serious complications of diabetes.
Hope that helps.

Alpha-lipoic acid 300-600 mg daily (by mouth) has been tried and helps some people. MonaVie juice has been helpful in other cases (no studies, but numerous people have tried it and liked it). Neuropathy can be a b*tch to treat. Good luck!

Cymbalta is the first and only FDA-approved treatment for pain caused by diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
I take it for fibromyalgia pain and it works great.

I use alpha lopoic acid (in pill form) and inositol powder (one of the B vitamins). Neither have any side effects. Just tell him watch his bs counts, some people find inositol lower their bs.
