I am at definate risk of type 2 diabetes and am waiting for results of blood test just wondering if eating to much high sugar foods can give you a bad headache?

whilst i was out shopping today i ate a chocolate bar and a thickshake and now have a massive headache which painkiller havent touched

Both Hi and low sugars can give you such a headache.
Also a drop from a hi to a low can cause a headache.Or a change from low to hi.
