You can improve your health, for starters. I'm sure you've heard all this before, but the biggest thing you can do is lose weight and get exercising. Even if it's just walking around the block for starters, but tie on your shoes and get moving.
Get rid of all the tempting high carb. foods in your kitchen and stop buying them. No more chips, sugar sodas, candy, cookies, crackers, processed mixes, white flour, etc. Follow whatever diet your doctor recommends!
As you lose weight, your blood sugar will decrease naturally because there is less pressure on the body to produce insulin to take care of it. Yes, that's simplified, but you will see results

The Atkins Diet is supposed to be good for diabetes. I've used it to lose weight, and the first three weeks are difficult but after that it works very well.

Type 2 diabetes runs very strongly in my family. Everyone on my father's side has died from it, or complications. I am acutely aware of the need to keep my weight down and exercise 3-4 times a week for at least half an hour to get perspiring and my heart rate up.

You may not completely eliminate the need for supplemental insulin, but you sure can take charge of your body again and get healthier!

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Talk to your doctor, by your age and gender we all assume right away arthritis or osteoporosis, however another factor to consider is that you are also diabetic. Diabetic patients suffer from neuropathies. Diabetic neuropathies are a family of nerve disorders caused by diabetes. People with diabetes can, over time, develop nerve damage throughout the body. Some people with nerve damage have no symptoms. Others may have symptoms such as pain, tingling, or numbness—loss of feeling—in the hands, arms, feet, and legs. Talk to your doctor and good luck!

Here are two that you need and can afford:

Glucophage/Metformin:100 tablets/$12
http://www.inhousepharmacy.com/diabetes/glyburide.html
Glyburide:100 tablets/$11
It's a reliable online pharmacy and there are no shipping charges.
There are other diabetic meds on there too. I order these for my sister and neighbor all the time.

Often the companies that manufacture the medicines that you need have a program where they offer them at reduced prices or free to those that need them. I am sure that the different diabetes foundations may be able to give you assistance as well or at least point you into the right direction.

You have to have those meds. Sometimes, there are cheaper versions than the one your doctor prescribes. Talk to yours and see what you can do.
