After frying, drain excess oil by using a paper towel. Better yet, in a strainer/colander, let the lumpias stand on one end. And don't cover while it's still hot! The steam will soften them. If you must cover them, leave an opening or poke holes thru the foil.

Lumpia are Philippine egg rolls.

To keep them crispy, after you cook them let them air dry after you drain the grease. Don't cover them.

ummm i don't know if u even can...but i love lumpia espeicalllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy the smalll ones they r the best
