No, your friend is not a vegetarian, just a person who chooses carefully the kind of meat she eats.
Your other friend is just a person who avoids red meat.
Vegetarians don't eat dead animals, period.

"If you are a vegetarian but eat some sort of meats are you still a vegetarian?"
-No.
"My friend eats meats from a farm thats not mass produced, steriod infested meat, that is killed humanely. Is she a vegetarian?"
- No. There are no special slaughterhouses for "happy meat". Farmers in the US are not allowed to sell meat to the public they slaughter themselfs.
"And as for me, I don't eat meat period and I feel a little chated knowing that my efforts are going to waste when these so called 'vegetarians' are calling themselves that when they eat meat."
- That why you should be a Vegan.
"But, if they do it some types of meats, but not all, are they still somewhat of a vegetarian?"
-No.

If your friends eat meat once in a while, they can be considered "Mostly Vegetarians" but not vegetarians in the pure sense. Meat, either red or white, is not considered a vegetable, and if you eat it, that breaks the principle that vegetarians don't eat meat.
On another note, congratulations on your effort to be a strict vegetarian, it does the word a lot of good.

no, if you eat ANY meat at all, no matter how humanely it is killed, you are not a vegetarian. it is better that it is not a mass-producing farm, but if you cannot call yourself a veggie unless you dont eat meat. and your efforts are not going to waste! you have made a great decision to keep yourself healthier and to speak out against the brutal slaughter of animals! keep it up and dont worry about what other people are eating unless they criticize you about your diet.

Vegetarians dont eat meat at all. Anyone that eats "any sort" are not any type of vegetarian.
There is no such thing as a semi vegetarian or a pollo/pesce vegetarian. Those are made up words.

your first friend is definitely not a vegetarian because she eats all types of meat, but your second friend is considered a pollo/pesco vegetarian.
pollo vegetarians do not eat red meat (beef, pork, etc.) and fish
but still eat poultry (chicken, turkey, etc.).
pesco vegetarians eat fish and avoid red meat and poultry.
usually people are only one of these types of vegetarian but she is a combination of the two. wikipedia and various other sites define both of these as semi-vegetarian diets.
i was a pollo vegetarian for over a year and considered myself a semi vegetarian. and for the past year and a half i have not had any meat and consider myself an full vegetarian now.

I don't think your friends are vegetarian if they eat meat, period. I think they eat a vegetarian-based diet a certain percentage of the time, but they can't call themselves vegetarians.

No, vegetarians don't ANY meat or fish at all. It doesn't matter where the meat came from, that doesn't justify eating it and calling yourself vegetarian.
