Since I don't know your full medical history, I will tell you that you should make an appointment with your Primany Care Physician immediately and have a thorough physical. This should include an EKG. I would also request a referral to see a cardiologist. Be sure and write down when you are having these episodes. Also try and get a good family history from your parents and grandparents and even older siblings especially if they have cardiovascular problems. It is better to be safe than sorry. The life you save just may be your own.

well you how old are you? you probrally were having an anxiety attack (panic attack) those things are awefull!
