Type I is a genetic disorder in children. Generally diagnosed in early childhood. They are insulin dependant and will have to receive injections for the rest of their lives.
Type II is found more in adults and is controlled with food.
Insulin is the only way to stabilize Type I and sugars are checked numerous times throughout the day. A diabetic knows when their sugars are too high or too low from the way they feel.
Food intake is monitored for Type II. No sugars, they have to switch to other sweetners such as nutra-sweet. They should stay away from the cakes, have a higher protein diet, watch carb intake and monitor sugars regularly. If they do not go by the diet given by the physician, they can actually force themselves into becoming a Type I where they have to actually have injections on a regular basis. My step-dad did this - think it was more for attention since he kept saying his sugars were critical - 550+
If sugars are too high or too low, a person, usually, is admitted into the hospital if they are unable to get them up or down on their own.

Type 1 diabetes is a problem which occurs when the cells of the Isle of Langerhans in the pancreas either die or quit producing insulin. Injections of insulin are required to stay alive, and are required for life. Type 2 diabetes is the result of the body cells being unable to use the insulin which is being produced as efficiently as they should. It is treated by controling the diet and medications which assist the cells in using the insulin produced, and sometimes by actually having to inject insulin.
All diabetics need a diet which controls the amounts of carbohydrates and fats they consume, as the balance of insulin and blood sugar must be maintained. If they eat more sugar than there is insulin for the cells to use to metabolise it, the sugar remains in the blood until it is filtered out by the kidneys. Without sugar to burn, the cells cannot produce the energy the body needs for anything and body literally starves. The sugar molecules are much larger than what the kidneys were designed to filter out on a constant, regular basis, and they are torn apart, eventually failing because of the damage. There are of course, other cardiovascular, metabolic, and visual problems associated with diabetes, particularly in cases where it is not adequately controled.
There are no herbal cures, and no homeopathic treatments which work or are beneficial to either type of diabetic. It is a metabolic disorder, because a part of the body is not working as it should. It is not a disease, in the sense there is not an outside agent, such as a virus or bacteria, responsible. If you don't produce insulin, there is no magic herb that will make the cells come to life or work again. If you have type 2 diabetes, the cells are not using insulin already there, and it's a very difficult process to explain here-but suffice to say the system is not working correctly. If for some reason, a type 1 diabetic chose not to take their insulin, or a type 2 diabetic decided not to follow the diet or take their medication, their blood sugar would rise to a fatal level in a matter of a few days. They would go into a diabetic coma and die. Before we had insulin and medications, that's what diabetics did. Type 2 diabetics could nurse things out a while longer, depending on their overall diet, but they did not live long or healthy lives. The discovery of insulin was a major breakthrough for these people, as it meant they could live. Insulin is produced only by living creatures, and only a few of those are compatible with human insulin. That and other humans sources are the only places you can get the insulin diabetics need to live. Type 2 diabetics can follow very strict diets, but eventually they will develop complications from the elevated blood sugar levels which will kill them. Most people would simply not follow that restrictive of a diet, and even the most dedicated would not avoid the complications in the end. So for them, the combination of diet and medication is also life giving.
You really need a better understanding of what diabetes is, and how it affects the body before you can understand why it is treated the way it is. Then you will understand why what you are proposing is simply not possible. While alternative medicines are sometimes a valuable adjunct to traditional medicine, in this case they would simply be fatal choices.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.
I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.
I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Type 1- Insulin dependent. Age at onset- less than 30 years. Obesity-No. No response to anti-diabetic pills.
Type 2- Non-insulin dependent. Age on onset- over 30 years. Obesity-very common. Response to anti-diabetic pills in initial cases.
Diabetes mellitus is impaired insulin secretion and variable degrees of peripheral insulin resistance leading to hyperglycemia. Early symptoms are related to hyperglycemia and include polydipsia, polyphagia, and polyuria. Later complications include vascular disease, peripheral neuropathy, and predisposition to infection. Diagnosis is by measuring plasma glucose. Treatment is diet, exercise, and drugs that reduce glucose levels, including insulin and oral antihyperglycemic drugs. Prognosis varies with degree of glucose control.

Some homeopathic methods for stabilization of type 2 are cactus (boiled or in pill form) and adaquate amounts of the minerals vandium and chromium.
For type 1, try gymnema (in pill form).
Try contacting a naturapathic doctor in your area; they could tell you a lot more.
