It could be a number of things. If you are having poor leg circulation, you should seek the advice of a physician.

The major causes are diabetes neuropathy, restless leg syndrome, deep vein thrombosis (blood clots), precursor to heart problems, water retention (too much salt), high blood pressure and being too sedative.

Whatever the causes, get it checked out.

Diabetes, the deadly fellow would affect your legs, eye, Nerves, heart, kidney. Be careful otherwise you may loose a limb. Go to www.diabetes.org and follow what they say. Bad luck buddy you got diabetes like me.

well i have to take B12 vitmins and those seem to help.
