If I had that many apples in my house I'd have to be preparing for Halloween.
The kids here in Canada all call out "Halloween Apples" as they get to a persons house door and that's what they get - an apple and some candies to go.

Damn you have a lots of apples...You need to get cooking and juicing.
I like apple crumble, pies, and strudels, not sure about apple sauce though.
Stew apples are another of my favourites and I've got a juicer so fresh apple juice is always a winner
