For spreads, hummus, refried beans or mashed avocado.

Marinated tofu or fake meats for a more filling sandwich. Keep in mind not everyone likes the taste of fake meats.
Also don't forget cheese unless you're making a vegan sandwich.

My mom makes amazing cheese sandwiches.

Toast two slices of bread on a griddle with a little bit of butter or margarine.
Place the toasted slices of bread butter/spread side up on a plate. Next, spread mayonnaise on both slices.
On one slice, place some lettuce and tomato.
On the other slice, place onion, pickle, and a slice of cheese (your choice of cheese... Swiss, provolone, cheddar, American... whatever you like).
Put the two sides of the sandwich together and slice down the middle at an angle.

I love this sandwich! It is total comfort food for me.

Sounds crazy, but fry roast some green peppers, slice them, put them in EVOO. then anytime you want a quick sandwich, put the peppers between 2 slices of whole grain bread with some mustard. Yummy

Lettuce, tomato, and cheese.

Mozarella and sliced cucumber: put the cheese on top of the cucumber, melt the cheese a bit in the broiler, slap the other piece of bread on.

Instead of the bacon in a BLT, put in a slice of your favorite cheese; leftover roasted vegetables are great with a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a hoagie roll; and my favorite non meat sandwich...eggplant parm!

heres what u need, eat a shitload of mexican food then wait till the diarrhea comes(believe me it will). then get your best tupperware (some diarrhea can be corrosive to plastic) and **** in that. let it sit in the fridge for about 2 days or until it becomes a thick spread. put that on a hot dog bun and then beat your meat over the bun. if you want to add flavoring get your wife to squirt her juices into the bun. this makes for a fantastic sandwich believe me. good luck, and make sure not to use cheapo gladware because from expirience, that sh it get completely eatin away (especially after taco bell). have fun! happy holidays! butt-fuc ker
