For about 6 years I've noticed these small white spots ( about 100 of em) on my upper lip. I've no clue to what they are. I think I could rule out any std's cause I've been tested years after the fact. Some members (older) of m y family have spots on their lips but. I think that is either freckles or sun damage. I have neither. They are very small, white, slighty raised, posibly fluid filled spots. They are not painful and I'm not at all bothered by their appearence just want to know what they are. Oh, there nothing like coldsores (never have had a coldsore) more like tiny white pimples. Only on my upper lip, none on lower.

This could be calcium deposits, nothing major. They are not painful or bothersome, and the only reason they need to be removed would be for appearance.

I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. THEY ARE PUSS POCKETS AND THEY FILL UP BECAUSE OF THE OIL IN YOUR SKIN. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO SQUEEZE PIMPLES BUT THE POCKETS ON YOUR UPPER LIP YOU CAN SQUEEZE THEM. IF YOU SQUEEZE THEM, THERE WILL BE THIS WORMY LOOKING SUBSTANCE THAT WILL COME FROM THEM. ONCE YOU SQUEEZE THEM, APPLY 70% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL TO THE AREA. THEY WILL STAY GONE FOR A LONG TIME AND YOUR UPPER LIP WILL LOOK MUCH BETTER.
