I use cadbury's but you gotto put a little vegatable oil in it when you melt it in the microwave......yummmm!!

Go to www.lakeland.co.uk they do some specially for chocolate fountains and my preference is dark. Would do this for a special occasion if not suggest Galaxy that is a good substitute. Hope this helps.

I think maybe proper baking chocolate might be your best bet? I say this because whenever i melted chocolate in the past to cook with it, as it wasnt the proper baking chocolate, it went all lumpy. But read the instructions in the fountain box. They should give you some idea's. Yum.. enjoy the chocolate!

Add a little oil to your dairy milk (vegetable oil). About a teaspoon per 500g should be perfect. Make sure that you melt the chocolate slowly before adding it to the fountain.

You should use milk chocolate because mostly everybody likes milk cohoclate instead of dark chocolate or white chocolate
