in the morning it is unaccurate to take your blood pressure since you just woke up and usually are in a relax state and you didn't have a stressful day or anything and your blood pressure is healthy and normal but i would say could be considered a little on the low side

I'm a Libertarian Conservative and I'll be watching the situation to find out what exactly was responsible. I'll try to refrain from making a judgment at this time, but should I learn that this is due to careless negligence, I'll certainly stop buying BP gas, just like I did Exxon years ago, and I hope someone goes to prison!! Some of you liberals need to learn that just because someone is conservative doesn't mean they don't care about the environment or animals. I've always tried to take care of the environment and took care of animals. I'm a member of Ocean Conservancy and the National Audubon Society. I get so damn sick of liberals stereotyping all conservatives. There is a little more diversity among conservatives than you think. If BP was negligent in this and it's proven, then some people need to go to prison for a very long time!

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Morning BP is after your body has rested. During the evening, which is usually after a full day of work, etc. your heart rate is up and you're probably a little tired. 88/130 is not high. An average normal reading would be 80/120. It's the top reading you should watch, if it goes over 100 you are in dangerous territory for a stroke.

Yep, BP is blood pressure.

The stress of the day is causing your blood pressure to increase.

Good luck. Pops

I would hope you mean that your blood pressure in the morning is 110/78 and in evening is 130/88. Both these blood pressures are within normal limits. Studies have shown that if the systolic(top number) is above 160, you are in stroke level and if diastolic(bottom number) is above 90, you are in stroke level. If the evening B/P continues to stay close to the danger zone, you would be wise to consult your physician.

A blood pressure of 140/90 or higher is considered high blood pressure. However, Blood pressure changes during the day. It is lowest as you sleep and rises when you get up. It also can rise when you are excited, nervous, or active.

See your Doctor, if you desire to do so. However, When you are sitting or standing still, That level should be lower than 120/80.

Sincerely hope that what you have written is not
correct. "78/110" and "88/130", If this is correct you best get yourself to the nearest emergency room before you have a stroke.

I read some of the answer that were given to you an I can tell you that there were not given by a professional doctor.

The "78" and the "88", if what you wrote is correct is your "Systolic Blood Pressure". This is the beats I hear when I increase the pressure of the cuff around your arm.

When I release the pressure the beats I hear is your "Diastolic Blood Pressure". "110" and "130", you wrote.

Are you sure you don't have them backward.

If your diastolic is 110 or 130 you are in stage 4. (Very severe hypertension).

Some one told you that you must worry about the higher reading. They have no idea what they are talking about.

The lower reading, diastolic is the reading that is dangerous and can cause you to have a major stroke. (The pressure in the cuff is released from around the vains and you still have pressure of over 90 you are in serious trouble.

Normal blood pressure should be 120/70 or 120/80 Anything like 140/90 is state 1 mild hypertension.

If you are sure that you just mixed up what you wrote, then you only need to wtch the 130/88. When the 130/88 becomes 130/90 or above I would recommend your see your personal doctor and have him or her put you on hypertension mediciation.

is that a question? it's more stated as a statement. your blood pressure it lower because you're just waking up- you haven't been stressed out yet or had to deal with anything- hince why it goes up of an evening.
