It is extremely uncommon to be allergic to your own semen but possible to be allergic to other peoples. Even in those cases, it won't hurt you.

I'm wondering whether it is OCD that you have, or just a fear of a substance that you don't fully understand. Semen consists primarily of water, protein and salt. When injested it contains about 15 calories. Approximately 10% is sperm while the rest is nutrients designed to help support the sperm. Below is a list of the full contents of semen. If you read through it you'll see that its actually pretty healthy stuff!

• blood-group antigens (from immune system)
• calcium (mineral)
• chlorine (oxidizing agent)
• cholesterol (steroid alcohol present in body fluids)
• choline (base, part of the vitamin B complex)

• deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA)
• fructose (sugar used for energy)
• glutathione (peptide amino acid)
• hyaluronidase (enzyme)

• lactic acid (byproduct of muscle use)
• magnesium (mineral)
• nitrogen (gas found in all living tissue)
• phosporus (mineral)
• potassium (mineral)
• purine (compound of uric acid)
• pyrimidine (organic base)
