Does any one else take a beta-blocker like atenolol?

I was wondering if anyone else takes this med for heart arrythmias and if they had children while on it?

Yes, I take it and my daughter took it through two pregnancies. No problem.

I was on a similar drug when I was pregnant because I had an arrythmia. I went to see my cardiologist and he was just totally stupid about the whole thing. My OB doctor just simply told me not to breast feed because he didnt want to risk health issues with the baby. No one knew what to tell me.
