I am going to a party in canada... around 20 people will be there what should i cook as party hors d ouevres?

I am from michigan driving to canada for a party and want to prepare two different appetizers or foods... the people will be drinking and have already eaten dinner any ideas??? thanks all

I am contemplating "Firecrackers" they are ham wrapped around green onion stalk with cream cheese in between thanks again... all suggestions welcome... cept kippers :P

sounds good but if you use Canadian bacon instead you will be considered more acceptable
