I'm mostly conserned with HIV. We use condoms for sex, but what about oral?

you still have all the same risks as with regular sex. However, Condoms do not protect against all diseases. Even against HIV they are only moderately effective. The statistics on condom boxes are for effectiveness in preventing pregnancy not STD's so they are not required or regulated in how well they prevent STD's. They are practically non-effective against diseases such as Chlamydia and Goneria. Which can both be contracted during Oral Sex

If he has a disease, you can catch it by giving him oral. Period. Use condoms.

You have all the same risks from oral sex as you do from vaginal sex, you swapping bodily fluids.
