There are some stress tabs you can get in natural food stores - they are not so much vitamins as herbs. A vitamin B complex is good for women's health and overall emotional well-being, but not specifically anxiety.

In the evening, try relaxing with Valerium root tea. It's an herbal valium and it rocks!

However for haert beating realy hard means taht you feel that yours heart is beating very hard. Get yours BP and pulse rate at that time, and evaluate it by a physician if any abnormality is noted.

First of all, are you sure that it is anxiety? Beating of the heart sometimes I think is not enough to say that it is anxiety. There are different levels of anxiety: mild, moderate, severe, panic. And there are varying symptoms for each level. If you are feeling a mild level of anxiety, that is okay at it is the anxiety level that is optimum for learning. But you need more manifestations to list so you can actually know that anxiety level you are in.

First of all you could have high blood pressure; you need to have it checked out.

It's amazing how uptight people are and that they want a magic pill to fight anxiety.

Excercise, eat right, and do things that allow you to relax. Everyone has stress but it's how you handle it that determines the level of it.

Again, if your hearts beating that much, you need a checkup.

Try a B complex. It takes a couple of weeks of taking it before you feel the complete effects. They make your pee yellow, but they really do work.
