Well they do stand a chance of getting it from you, especially if you have an outbreak at the time. As far as a woman never having a healthy child after herpes...I never heard of that crap! Some doctors argue that a c-section is best for delivery however. But herpes doesn't get in the womb. No way no how.

UNFORTUNATELY you put them at risk of geeting the same thing but in the mouth... could be a terrible thing. Herpes does not always show the symptoms they are dormat. which means you can have it and not show it. if you get any pain or break out do you partner a favor and don't share.

They could get a different strain, they could get it in their mouth, throat and esophgus. If you infect a women, she may never have a healthy child.
Please be responsible, get put on medication and do not have unprotected sex or sex during a break out. You could potentially ruin
a womens life.

First let who ever know that you have herpes and let them make the choice.It would be the right thing to do.
